Bernett Research survey calls—how to stop them!
Summary — +15035757964
Expert Opinion
Watch out for relentless calls that keep ringing past reasonable hours. Under U.S. telemarketing rules, most survey firms must honor the National Do Not Call Registry and may not call after 9 pm local time unless you’ve given prior consent. If the number keeps showing up, first ask for a written opt‑out and confirm the company’s name. Record the call details, then file a complaint with the FTC and your state consumer agency. Use built‑in call blocking or a third‑party app to shield your line, and never share sensitive personal data until you’ve verified the caller’s legitimacy. Protecting your privacy starts with clear boundaries and timely action.

It's worth noting that when you call the number back at the end of a recorded message they say something about how they can not reveal who is funding their research, otherwise they can get biased answers if we knew? lol, it makes me wounder who exactly is funding it and why they want to know whatever it is they were calling about in the first place. Weirdly
Repeated calls from these individuals occur any day of the week, and after answering, they were asked to remove our number from their list; however, the person on the other end was extremely impolite, and it seems their approach to surveys is misguided, especially considering our phone is registered on the do not call list, which they violated, and they called again two days later, fortunately, our phone service provider has a useful call-blocking feature
Could you explain how to accomplish that?

These annoying phone calls are not only a nuisance but also warrant a joint effort to file a legal complaint against the company responsible.
Repeated calls from this number have been a constant nuisance, with four calls received within a short span on the 26th and multiple calls since then, at all hours of the day. According to whitepages.com, it is listed as a landline from Portland, Oregon, which raises more questions. The incessant calls are infuriating and seem to disregard any boundaries.
The practices of this company are extremely frustrating. If anyone knows the process for filing criminal charges for harassment against such entities, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks, Joe Ayrer, jayrer7304@aol.com

Being on the Do Not Call List has not prevented this number from calling anyway.
Recieving calls during daytime is becoming a hassle, they just hang up without leaving a message, and with our limited landline call plan, it's going to cost us alot.
