Why Sutter Health surveys won’t stop calling you?
Summary — +15104982129
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why a medical group keeps calling you after every appointment? The pattern shows a robo‑call from the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (often paired with Sutter Health) that forces a post‑visit survey. Callers ignore Do‑Not‑Call lists, offer no opt‑out option, and usually hang up if you press a button. To reduce the annoyance, register the number with your carrier’s block service, use a third‑party call‑blocking app, and formally request removal through the provider’s patient‑relations department. Keep records of each call; a written complaint to the FTC or your state consumer agency can add pressure. If the calls persist, consider switching to a different health system.
