Scam callers demand loan repayment – what to do!
Summary — +15129602702
Expert Opinion
Surprisingly, the callers mimic official fraud‑prevention agencies, using names like David Caldwell or Steven Beck and demanding quick payments to avoid legal trouble. They employ high‑pressure tactics, claim they have your bank info or SSN, and insist on cash or wire transfers without providing any documentation. Most victims report that the BBB or local police have no record of the business, a hallmark of spoofed numbers. To protect yourself, never send money to unknown parties, request written proof via certified mail, and verify the organization through an independent search. Report the incident to the FTC and your phone carrier.

For about a month, I've been receiving harassing calls demanding a $200 payment by today. The individual claims to have my bank information and social security number, which is alarming.
