MRSI survey calls—how to stop them!
Summary — +15135621300
Expert Opinion
Beware of persistent calls from the number 513‑562‑1300 that claim to be market research surveys. These calls often ignore the Do Not Call registry and can become a daily nuisance, especially for seniors or caregivers. First, register your number with the FTC’s Do‑Not‑Call list if you haven’t already. Then send a written cease‑and‑desist request to the company’s email (donotcall@mrsi.com) and keep a copy for records. Use call‑blocking apps or carrier‑provided block features to stop the number from ringing. If calls continue, file a complaint with the FTC and consider a small‑claims suit for each violation. Document every interaction for evidence.

Recent Reports for (513) 562-1300
This method is not effective in stopping calls; modern phone lines won't transmit sound at a level that would deter the caller, potentially leading to more calls or number spoofing
Some time ago, I was advised to use a whistle to deter unwanted calls, it doesnt allways work tho.
I, too, have been a recipient of a call from this number.
My favorite feature on my phone is block number, but I still recieve calls, they asked to speek to the person responsable for liability insurance and I hung up
It's disappointing to see such an unjust attitude. In a bad economy, having a job is a blessing, not a curse. These companies exist because they provide results, and just because you may not like them doesn't mean everyone shares your opinion.
Upon reviewing your cell phone settings, consider blocking unwanted calls
Repeated calls were made without messages, causing frustration
Multiple daily calls with no message are a nuisance, and attempting to call back yields a 'number cannot be completed as dialed' response.
A call was made to my workplace, but the caller refused to identify themselves, stating they would call again, despite being informed that they would not be transferred to anyone
Fortunately, this number has been blocked by the call blocking service, preventing further unwanted calls.
The caller ID displayed a number, but no message was left.
The call remained unanswered.
Upon seeing the number on the caller ID, I immediatly grab my AM radio and place the speaker near the mouth piece, which generate alot of LOUD static noise, maybe they'll think its a dead line
Upon answearing, the caller apears to be collecting information, its helpfull to track the number of nuisance calls, even if the informations not particuarly usefull
I appreciate the valuable information provided by some users, which proved more helpful than the complaints and negative remarks.
I started recieving calls from this number, and i'm waiting them to leave a message, but no message was left, also i've been on the do not call list for a month now, i've looked up the number and it's seem to be marketing, so i'm ignoring this call.
Blocking their numbers is futile, as they continually phishing and spoofing new ones, much like a game of whack-a-mole, allowing them to evade detection temporarily. A more effective approach is to screen calls using caller ID and ignore suspicious ones. Enabling audible call screening also helps, as most scammers hang up during the outgoing message or at the end. This method has significantly reduced the number of unwanted calls, except for local political calls, which seem to be exempt from such considerations. The old adage, "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't," holds true in this case, so it's best to let them continue using recognizable caller IDs and ignore them. By doing so, the number of scam calls is kept to a minimum. Honestly, this approach has proven effective for me.
It's pointless to request that these callers stop contacting you through this website, as they remain unaware of your requests and are apathetic to your frustrations.
It seems rediculous to think they would come to this website to see your request, its not like they're monitoring this site, we're here to support eachother, not to attrack scammers
Reviewing previous entries for this number reveals a pattern of scam calls since April, despite requests to be removed from their list; they claim to be from ORC, a survey company, but refuse to disclose further information.
Dialing random number's is a violaton of federal law's
The call was from an unknown area, and it went unanswered.
I've tried to contact them via e-mail, but it was undeliverable, and being on the do not call list hasnt stoped them
Is this really about law enforcement upholding regulations? That's highly unlikely.
Everytime this number calls, it hangs up before my machine can even pick up, no idear what they want, just alot of annoying calls.
Calls have resumed, but there's no answer when picked up
The calls have resumed, but no messages are being left.
The timing of the calls from this number is always inconvenient, and since no message is ever left, it's impossible for me to return the call.
