Earlier this week, a number flagged as +15412167959 kept ringing business lines with offers to switch merchant services. Callers repeatedly ask for the owner, claim to represent “T Industries” or similar names, and become aggressive when declined. This pattern matches a classic telemarketing spam operation that often skirts the Do‑Not‑Call rules for business lines. Protect yourself by letting the call go to voicemail, adding the number to your carrier’s block list, and filing a complaint with the FTC. If the caller asks for personal or financial data, hang up and never share details. Regularly reviewing call logs can also help spot repeat offenders.
Upon being asked to sign up for a credit card service for my business, I informed the caller I wasn't a business owner and was met with abusive language.
The caller asked about our printer, and when we planed to replace it, eventully, i told him to call the new owners, whenever thats going to be.

The man on the call was extremely rude when informed the owner was unavailable, stating he had left messages and inquired about a more convenient time before deciding to 'go somewhere else', without disclosing his name or company.
Repeated calls have been made to our business asking if we accept credit cards, which is an irrelevant and potentially illegal question in our industry.

A man called our church, requesting to speak with our Pastor, claiming they had spoken before, but our call log showed no record of such a call, i put him on hold and checked with our Pastor, who didn't know him, the caller claimed to be from a call center and couldn't be reached for a callback
The persistence of the caller raises suspicions, and the request to speak directly to the owner is unsettling

The number 541-216-7959 called us, and the caller ID said Merchant Services, wich is a total giveaway that its a scam, so our secretary aswered and played along, then transfered the call to me, the owner, and I told them we dont acept credit cards no more.
Following my refusal to engage with the card processing representative, I was subjected to a barrage of callbacks and eventually redirected to an automated robocall system.
Without a doubt, this is a scam.
In responce to the harasment from this company, i am preparing to file a lausuit, which promisess to be a formidible one!!
After contacting Sokolove Law, they denied involvement in such representation and suggested I contact the American Bar Association, though their automated response was unhelpful.
Considering the frequent and disruptive calls from T Industries, which are affecting my business, I believe it's essential to explore legal action, such as a class-action lawsuit, potentially with the assistance of a law firm like Sokolove Law, to put an end to these intrusive calls and push for legislation against the use of autodialers.
Despite my daughter's previous encounter with them, they called again, but fortunately, my call blocker intervened.
Constantly recieving calls
When atempting to call this number back, there was no awnser, only music was playing, which is a bit strange.

I've been a TI for years, and centurylink told me these numbers are spoofed by goverment agencies, they always call me at the quarter hour
Unless I recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail, and if the caller leaves a message, I will return the call, but this number never does, which is acceptable.
Having received multiple calls from this number, I finally answered and told the caller it was a bad time, to which they responded with frustration and mention of a horrible day.
It's worth noting that the DNC registry doesn't apply to business lines, which is frustrating since businesses often receive the most scam calls

This number calls me every day, multiple times a day, but i never answer, and now i'm blocking it.

Notably, they fail to provide an address or phone number when requested, instead putting callers on hold. It's crucial not to share personal or financial information with them.
This company is violating the TCPA by calling numbers on the national do not call registry, and they keep calling even after being asked to stop, they dont even provide adress or phone number when asked, this is definately a scam.
