I encountered a prerecorded voice regarding Xarelta claims, and after requesting to speak to a live person by pressing 5, I was able to inform them of my intention to file a complaint with the FCC, and surprisingly, the representative was polite, unlike other scamming experiences.
Our office received a call, and although no message was left, the caller ID displayed only the phone number, while our call block feature identified the caller as a harasser.
