It seems they are making calls outside regular hours, between 9 pm and 8 am, which may not be restricted by law, except in a few states.
These people have alot of different numbers, its a real pain in the butt, they call me on weekends and evenings, its suposed to be agenst the law but it dont seem to matter

Several calls have been made to my home phone from this “Whittier” number, when I answer, ther is only silense, I beleive this is a telemarketing scam, I have also recieved calls from the same prefix with the same tactic.
Repeated calls from this number, with no messages left, prompted me to answer and request removal from their list, only to be met with profanity and refusal, leading me to file a complaint with the FCC.
According to whitepages.com this number have a high risk of scam or fraud, and they call me again at 14:52

In my experiance, every call i've recieved from a particuler number has been a scam, with telemarketers using spoofed numbers, making it redundent to report to the FTC

On 9/28/17 9:20 PDT, I got so fed up with calls from unknown caller, this number is now blocked, I've been geting alot of this call since a family member past away
