This incident happend to me aswell, and I also hung up; whenever I have changes with Travelocity, I recieve an email, never a phone call, and upon checking with Travelocity and westjet, there were no changes to my flight.
The call was a phishing scam attempt.
A call from a heavily accented individual claiming to be from Travelocity, inquiring about my travel plans, was met with skepticism, and I terminated the call when he requested my email address.
Seems this is hotels.com, they tried to call me back after i complained about a charge that overdrafted my bank account
This number is associated with Expedia, and a call was received after filing a complaint about an incorrect charge on my credit card.

I had the same experience, it appeard as a callback number for Expedia.com, i recieve a callback after i disconnect
This number is legitimate, as I was disconnected from Expedia and they called me back from this number.
Following a discussion regarding fee charges, Hotels.com called back from a different number, 602-603-8018, and this number also appeared on my phone records.
