called from some company, I had to ask him to repeat the name twice and still coudnt understand. Said he was with Shaw promotions, asked if I was with Shaw or another company. Told him if he was realy with Shaw, hed know who I was

Person said they work for e-comm (or somthing like that) and are calling on behalf of Shaw. But when I asked why they wouldn't know I'm already a Shaw customer, they just kept going.
Got a call from an Indian lady claiming to be from Shaw. She asked if I'm with Shaw or Telus, then hung up abrubtly.
Lady claimed she was from Shaw, but her aproach seemed off. She kept pushing for the company name, even after I asked why. If she's realy from Shaw, they need to retrain their staff on proper customer service.
There was a wierd clicking noise, then silance. No one responsed to my greeting.

They rang our office and said they were from eTech Telecom, a Shaw Business autorised partner. They were calling about our Shaw Services and I wanted to upgrade our office internet. The person on the call said I would get paperwork for the upgrade and, guess what, I actualy did! They did exactly what they promised
