Block United Cancer Support Foundation telemarketers!
Summary — +16072030518
Expert Opinion
A caller claimed to be raising funds for a cancer charity and wouldn’t stop despite requests to be removed. These unsolicited outreach attempts are classic telemarketing scams that often cite charitable causes to lower resistance. Because the number is on the national Do‑Not‑Call list, the organization is violating regulations and should be reported. Hang up immediately, avoid sharing personal or financial info, and add the number to your phone’s call blocker or carrier’s block list. Consider using a reputable spam‑filter app and file a complaint with the FTC or your state attorney general. Staying proactive keeps your line free of these unwanted pitches.

A woman with a very loud and anoying voice called me, claiming to be from the American Cancer society, but i told her to stop calling me, especialy since i'm having a heart valve replacement surgery and cant afford to donate
The abrasive tone of the woman's voice was immediately off-putting as she claimed to be from the American Cancer society, seeking donations and addressing me by name, Jim. Her loud and annoying demeanor was a stark contrast to the sympathetic cause she purported to represent. Upon informing her that I was scheduled for heart valve replacement surgery and unable to contribute, she persisted, having previously called me with the same aggressive approach. Notably, this call originated from Binghamton, NY, a location from which I've received other suspected scam calls, including one from the New York Policemen's benefit association. It's appalling that such fraudsters continue to operate, and law enforcement should take action against them.
