My 90-year-old mother recieves daily calls from these idiots on her cell phone, which she only uses for emergency purposes and doesnt even owe anyone money, they call from alot of different numbers

Yesterday, Sunday, at 5 am EST, I received a call from this number, which was unusual because the person on the other end was breathing heavily and exclaimed 'NOOOO!!!', revealing that it was a woman.
