Alterntively, you can igonre them and pay the extortion money, but be aware that they will continute to call until they've taken every penny you have. Tom gilcrez called me, he said they got a court action against me from some aspire visa credit card from 2004, but i never owed them any money, he had all my info, bank acct, ss, address, i dont know how to stop them from freezing my acct, they scammed me 2 years ago and i paid them 1500
