Scam Debt Collectors Pretending to Be Michael Kelly’s Law Office!

We should all file a complaint with the ftc, it may seem pointless, but if enough people do it, they'll take action, and the woman on the phone was very rude

To spread awareness, I'm sharing this information on multiple platforms, warning others about the scamming activities associated with this number, which involve deceiving people into believing they have outstanding debts.

I spoke with a lady who was very rude and hateful, she claimed I had a lawsuit agenst me, but I dont think it's true, she hung up on me twise

It's unlikely that a conference call would be made to a courthouse, making this a clear indication of a scam.

A woman claiming to be Michael Kelly's assistant called, stating I owed money to the Dudley district court; however, after my bank account was debited, I discovered the transaction was from a mortgage company called East Coast Financial.

A call began in a friendly manner but quickly escalated, with the woman claiming a judgement against my husband and urging him to contact lawyer Mike Kelly. However, upon questioning, she was unable to provide the court where the judgement was made, and a subsequent search of state court records revealed no such judgement, indicating a scam.

I recieved two calls from someone claiming to be from Lowell District Court in MA, and after investigating, it turns out to be a collektion agency trying to collect a debt from over 20 years ago, which is likely a scam.

I confirm this as a fraud attempt, urging everyone not to make any payments; after contacting the district court, no such execution was found, and the caller became irate when I requested documentation.

Following an investigation by my local police department, it has been confirmed that this number is indeed a scam, despite being registered to a Watertown, MA address, as the call originated from outside the US.
