I had a similair experiance with the grant call, when I told her I needed time to think, she told me to just hang up if I wasnt intrested, and continud to call me, even after I told her I would report it to the police.
A woman claiming to represent the U.S. government grant department contacted me, proceeding to make inappropriate suggestions. After expressing my discomfort and disinterest, she revealed she possessed my personal information. I ended the call, suspecting a scam, particularly given the similar experience I had with a man from the same department earlier.
