This number sent me a text sayin i got a limit on my chase card, when you click on the message it ask for your signin informations, if you click on create new account or forgot informations, nothin happend, i talk to the fraud peoples at Chase and they didnt send me any informations, i sent a picture of the text and the phone number to the Chase abuse hotline, be carefull, they tryin to acces your credit card
