The recording started with 'This is Nicole. How are you today,' but the call was ended due to the unpleasant nature of the interaction
To the individual responsible for these automated calls, it's worth noting that calls are blocked by a Panasonic phone, and upon callback, there is no ring, indicating the call is not connecting, suggesting a strategy where if a large number of such calls are made and not answered, it could render this method of communication ineffective.
My first encounter with this number was when my caller ID displayed 'Minto ND', and although my machine picked up, they didn't leave a message; I immediately blocked the number, only to have them attempt to bypass the block by adding a '1' to the beginning of the number.
The identity of these callers is unknown, and their repeated calls to my phone are irritating.

When I answered the second call, I remained silent initially, then whispered 'keep them on the line' loudly enough for the caller to hear, prompting them to hang up immediately.
The area code didnt seem to be from NY or FL, so I'm not shure where it's from.
Upon recieving a call today 05/05/2015, I choses not to anser. I will proceeed to block them...

I've been using advanced XFinity call features to forward unwanted calls to other unwanted numbers, it's working like a charm, I'm totaly winning!
Legit sales caller or not, the fact they send fake caller id raise suspicious, and dont they know how to spell Minot, ND, they write Minto ND, make me think they arent very inteligent.

Apparently, this is a scam related to the IRS, as the area code 701 is not associated with Florida.
It appears that calls from this number are related to a survey follow-up from Discovery Cove in FL, as they ask for permission to call back for this purpose.
Yesterday recived a call from unrecognised number, didnt answer and it was good desision.
Upon calling back, an automated system was encountered, offering special promotions and allowing the option to opt-out by pressing one, without revealing the company name
