A woman with a heavy Oriental accent called me, instantly talking about Medicare, but I coudnt understand her and hung up.

The timing of the call, coinciding with the State of the Union, suggests it may be related to political polling, which is not interested in my opinion.
I blocked the number right away because i didnt recognize the area code and there was no caller ID, thats how i avoid scammers
