Expert Opinion

Ever wonder why that robotic voice keeps popping up on your phone? Most callers from +17072160742 are using a spoofed health‑care name and a prerecorded script that threatens bogus fees like $399 or $9.00 to pressure a quick call‑back. The safest move is to ignore the message, never dial the number, and block the caller through your carrier or a third‑party app. Report the incident to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and add the line to the national Do‑Not‑Call registry. Regularly update your phone’s spam filter, and consider a call‑screening service for added protection.

The problem is, scammers often hijack legitimate phone numbers, which means the actual owner of the number may be unfairly targeted instead of the scammer themselves.
