The incessant spam calls to both my landline and mobile have caused significant frustration; one such call, from a number with a loud robotic voice, woke me up, stating my service would be interrupted if I didn't call back, which I believe is a scam, and I'm unsure how to effectively block these calls.

Expert Opinion
It looks like the number +17072160742 is a hotbed of scam activity, with users reporting a variety of annoying and deceptive robocalls. The calls often involve a robotic voice warning about service interruptions and demanding payment, usually around $9.00, to avoid account deductions. Some callers have even nicknamed the voice "Pam Spam" due to its familiarity from other spam calls. The accents and phrasing often give away the foreign origin of these scams, making them easy to spot. If you receive a call from this number, the best advice is to hang up immediately and block the number on your phone. Don't engage or call back, as this can lead to more calls or potential fraud. Stay vigilant and report these numbers to the FTC's Do Not Call registry for added protection.

A caller claimed my contract had expired and that fees would be deducted from my bank account, but this is likely a scam.
A similair robo call was recieved today, on 3/27/2019, the woman's voice was recognisable from prevous spam calls, and has been dubbed "Pam Spam", it is likely that multiple calls will be recieved from this individuel in the future, possibily with the same message or similair intent.
A recent robo call prompted me to call back, and after attempting to debit my account for $399, the representative abruptly hung up on me.
Thank you for posting the entire message, unfortunately I only understood the part about debiting my account for $399, not sure which account they are reffering to, good luck to them anyway.
The problem is, scammers often hijack legitimate phone numbers, which means the actual owner of the number may be unfairly targeted instead of the scammer themselves.
I absolutly love returning these peoples calls, just to annoy them alot.
This number showed up as a VoIP caller, but no message was left
Thats welcome :)
It's clear that these scammers struggle with American English, as evidenced by their poorly constructed sentences and choice of words, making it obvious that the call is fake.
