Noticably, this solar company claim they are exempt from the National Do Not Call list, they say they are making a courtesy call to let me know i could be saving money with solar, but i use a air horn app to blast them when they call

Our phone recieved a call from a number that displayed as 'Out of area', then 17 minites later I recieved another call from a diffrent number, I wonder if they are the same caller, thats the Question.
