This number appears to be from a jail or county in Texas, possibly for people being detained for deportation, but it doesnt specify wich jail, and im trying to find out
An automated message was received, purportedly from a local jail inmate, providing instructions to either accept or decline the call, as well as an option to opt-out of future calls from the facility.
Apparently, Global Tel Link have a system for collect calls, and sometime the prison's number show up, otherwise this number appear, its not a scam, probably some kid think he call his grandma.
This is not a legitimate number for Global Tel Link, as their number is an 800 number
