My experience was identical to DW's; when I informed them I had never subscribed, they abruptly ended the call and never followed up.
Scam alert: mysterious subscription call!

Expert Opinion
Like a wolf in sheep's clothing, the calls from +17159972318 try to disguise a scam as a subscription renewal. The script typically cites a bogus "Global Life" or "Global Lite" protection plan and threatens to pull money from your account unless you act fast. Never share personal or banking details with an unsolicited caller, and hang up the moment you sense pressure tactics. Use your phone’s block feature, report the number to the FTC and your carrier, and keep an eye on your statements for unauthorized charges. Stay skeptical and verify any alleged subscription directly with the legitimate company before taking any steps.

After calling them back to investigate a potential scam, they hung up on me when I mentioned I had never subscribed to their service, and subsequent calls revealed a pattern of suspicious behavior, including a request to use 'anydesk' and a demand for a $199 renewal fee for a 'Global Life' computer protection plan.
Threats were made to debit $399 from my bank account for a supposed subscription renewal or cancellation.
Apparently, some individuals beleive I'm gullible enough to fall for thier automated scam, claiming my bank account will be deducated within 24 hours if I dont cancel a subscription I dont even have, which is compleatly rediculus
