A womens caller claimed to be "Jessica Smith" and was calling about my Federal Student Loans and some recent changes she needed to discus. They asked me to call back at 866-304-9669 and gave a reference number to use when calling back: 099902. Totaly a scam. I've never had a student loan, federal or otherwise.
A message was left requesting that an unknown person call back to discuss their unsecured debt issues, threatening prosecution if not addressed
The lack of caller ID, message, or interest in the call is suspicious.
