They frequently call throughout the day, and when I try to complain, I'm met with a recorded message about their credit card. I've blocked the number since I'm not interested in their calls or credit card offers.

If someone is being called by this number on behalf of another person, and they do not owe any debt, they may have a legitimate case, as nobody deserves to be treated in such a manner.
There appears to be a correlation between calls from 'null' or unknown numbers and subsequent calls from Comenity, suggesting a possible connection or scam.
There have been multiple calls from unknown numbers recently, with seven calls in two days, prompting concern about a potential new scam.
Frustration mounts as four scam calls were received by 9:00 AM, prompting an answer, only to be met with a request for an unfamiliar individual, leading to a firm request for removal from their system.
Notably, the frequency of calls from this number is excessive, with 15 calls between 8:03am and 10:58am, which I consider harassment. Despite being past due, I had notified them of my situation, but they seem solely interested in collecting their money. I appreciate the provided information and will look into it, also sharing with my sister who is experiencing similar issues with Comenity.
As a orignal creditor, they dont follow the FDCPA, which dont have a limit on calls, you might still have a case if you can document the calls, you should consult a attorney, and also can send them a certified letter
Despite having a call blocker in place, I believe there should be a regulatory limit on the frequency of calls one can receive.
Comenity Bank has added this number to their collection, resulting in non-stop calls, which is excessive and borders on harassment, with over 30 calls in a single day.

My approach to dealing with such calls involves engaging with the automated system until a live person is on the line, at which point I use a rather unconventional method - blasting an old coach's whistle - which seems to be effective in preventing future calls.
