These calls, which typically last 25-30 minutes, have been consistently helpful, with the nurse offering valuable suggestions on diet, exercise, and foot care, and even providing resources such as phone numbers for a 24x7 nurse line and websites for free foot examination supplies. I have found this service to be incredibly beneficial and have not encountered any issues with it.

Despite numerous calls from this number, no one is available to speak, and after verification with United Health Care, it's confirmed not to be one of their numbers.
United Health Care has been contacting me regarding a serious health issue, and todays conversation was particuarly frustating
They are verifying the identity of the person they are talking to, usualy the UHC coverage holder, and as long as they dont ask for sensitive informations like social security numbers, it's probably fine, I make similar calls myself to offer free wellness benefits
