Evidently, these unwanted messages with beeps are still being left, and I'm pleading with them to stop calling and leaving these annoyng messages.
Fortunately, this number is genuine. After my car broke down, On star contacted my road side assistance, and they called me back from this number, resolving the issue efficiently.
Calls from this number are purportedly from roadside assistance, but when answered, only a beep is heard; attempting to call back yields a recording stating the number is for outbound calls only.

It seems likely that this number belongs to a roadside assistance service, I recieved a call and didnt answer, then I got a voicemail from a gentleman looking for a car to tow, but I didnt call back, and then I recieved another call from this number, but I didnt answer again, they must have had the wrong number
Actually, this is a roadside assistance service that contacted me after my car was towed to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided, which seems legitimate
I think this number is from Daniels law office, a debt collection agency, but I'm not compleatly sure though
