Google listing scam calls: what to expect!

A representative contacted me, requesting information about a medical claim for one of our members; however, our guidelines prohibit in-network providers from using outsourced representatives to make such inquiries, and I'm unsure how they obtained the member's information, but I must protect the beneficiary's data

Weekly calls from individuals with thick accents claiming to represent East Jefferson Hospital's billing department have been reported, with inconsistencies in their stories and difficulties in verifying their identities

It's amusing how these scammers attempt to conceal their identities by adopting American names, despite their obvious accents

Upon receiving a call stating the state was investigating me, I found it amusing since I'm aware of no reason for such an investigation, and further research showed this number has made similar false claims to others.

A call was received from a self-proclaimed 'mediator services' company, claiming that a debt from 2014 needed to be paid. The representative demanded a 20% payment of $4k, threatening that the DEA would be involved if the payment wasn't made.

Repeated calls are made, but the caller never leaves a message, only continuing to contact repeatedly...

Some scam likely guy has been calling me about twice a day for two weeks from different numbers, didnt answer the call from this number that came up on my phone as "scam likely", no message was left

The caller claimed that my business's Google listing was about to expire, but I'm skeptical after pressing the option to be removed from their list.

An automated recording warned me not to hang up, then proceeded to claim that my Google listing was about to expire, potentially preventing patrons from finding my business. The message offered the option to speak with a representative or opt out of future calls.

This is a scam, with a prerecorded message claiming to be from Google.

Definitely a scam, it always rings but nobodys answers, you will recieves a big bill if you calls back.

Following a call with no voicemail, the number has been blocked

a foreigner asked for my husband by name, said he could help with his foot pain, medicare would pay, totaly a scam.
