I'm pretty shure I’ll ignore this call like I’ve ignored the past 25 or so calls....hey VTech... your call ranks 3rd behind the Social Security and IRS scam calls...at least those calls are worth a good laugh...

VTech Solutions made a scam call, claiming my credit card would be charged $249 to extend support, and a refund was needed, but this is a known scam, as the real VTech Solutions has warned about such calls, and they have an office in my hometown, Plano, TX.
It's puzzling that if the call-back number is known, it's unclear why the perpetrators cannot be tracked down and apprehended.
It's infuriating that despite knowing the scammer's number, authorities haven't taken action; I've received the same scam call as many others, and it's unacceptable.
