A company has been repeatedly calling our business, claiming we enrolled in one of their programs, which we didn't; despite our requests to stop calling, they continue to contact us, speaking over us and attempting to argue with us to reach our owner, who refuses to engage with them; they've even tried to claim we have a rebate mentioned on our Duquesne Light bill, which the utility company confirmed is a scam; the callers from this number have obtained our owner's cell phone number and continue to call every few months, refusing to identify themselves or their business beyond saying 'APG'.

They called about a West Penn Power rebate and wanted informations from the bill, same company diferent name, we recieve calls 3-4 times a month, we cant seem to stop these telemarketers/scammers, we are a church, how can they lie to a church like that?
After requesting the removal of our number from their list, the caller refused and even threatened to involve my employer, exemplifying the harassment we've endured from these persistent calls.
Evidently, a scammer with a british or aussie accent, claiming to be Nancy from NYSEG Solutions, contacted me with a bogus extension of 1940 and a fake phone number, 210-9011, wich was suppost to be the correct one, however she was verry dificult to understand

Over the past few weeks, I've been bombarded with calls from a Dominion Energy representative, identifying herself as Janice from extension 1735, requesting my JCPL account information, which I've consistently declined to provide by sending her to voicemail.

After dialing the number and leaving a message, I deliberately omitted my account number and later investigated this number online, which proved to be a wise decision.
The correct link has been identified and shared.
The caller identified themselves as representing HORIZON POWER & LIGHT COMPANY.
Instead of focusing on the reported number, I was able to enjoy my 10% savings, which was the priority.
