Is that PNC loss‑prevention call legit or a scam?

Fortunately, this is not a scam, it's actually PNC calling to verify some charges on my card, they call me often because i had problems with fake charges in the past, but they dont ask for sensitive informations

This phone # ( 800-225-5618 ) is legitamately a PNC Visa card fraud & security number, i got a call from them.
