Is that US Bank call a scam? Learn the signs!

The call starts with a robocall offering 0% interest on your credit card, if you push 1, a live person comes on the line, and they try to get your credit card number, I've figured out that they dont actualy change the interest on your card to 0%, but they offer a balance transfer to a 0% interest card for a limited time, some have even offered to cut my debt by 60%, but when I ask how they do it, they cant give me an answer, they say my cc# is not personal informations, but I dont beleive them

I recieve several calls a day from diferent numbers, they allways want to lower my interest rates, but I know its a scam, so I just keep talking to them and waching them get frustrated
