Expert Opinion
It seems like the caller is impersonating Comenity Bank, a real financial institution that issues credit cards for retailers like Victoria's Secret, Kay Jewelers, and others. The calls are often aggressive and leave vague messages about "important business matters," asking the recipient to call back with a specific extension. However, many users report that they have no accounts with these retailers or Comenity Bank, making it clear that these calls are likely scams. If you receive such a call, the best advice is to not call back. Instead, report the number to your phone carrier and consider contacting Comenity Bank directly at a verified number to ensure your information is secure. Stay vigilant and don't give out any personal details.
