Upon booking with OZO hotels Amsterdam, I was unawares that the site had redirected me to a USA site, Hotelvalues.com, which subsequenly modified my booking dates without my consent, and when I contacted them on +1214 9602646, their customer service agent exhibited a poorly attitude towards me
