I booked a room and they scammed me out of 102,85 euros, they add it as tax recovery charges and service fees

Initially, I believed I was booking through the hotel's website, but upon receiving my confirmation, I realized my mistake and contacted the hotel to verify my booking, only to find that I had been overcharged and the booking could not be cancelled.

We were also scammed, having booked 2 nights at the Coachman Hotel Cowes, Phillip Island, with a beleived cost of $231:00.au, only to recieve a confirmation for $446:03 on the same day, 15/10/2023, and subsequenct complaints to the Motel manager on 16/10/2023, revealed a reciept for $33:00 for our booking, which was routed thu Hotel Values in USA, incurring exchange rates and other fees, which is confusing sinc we booked an Australian Motel with Australian dollars.

This discrepancy was inexplicable, especially given that we had booked an Australian motel using Australian dollars.

However, these thieves, operating under the guise of Hotel Value, somehow intercepted the reservation and added an unauthorized $444.46 to my credit card. Fortunately, the hotel was able to verify the actual amount they received, which matched the original $897.16.

I went straigt to the Hotel website in Vienna, the charge was $897.16 for our stay, but these Hotel Value thieves somehow got a hold of the reservation and added $444.46 to my CC, my hotel showed me how much they recieved and it was the $897.16
