Apparently, this number belangs to the Discover Business Card holder service line, however, my card is a personnal card and they where trying to lower my intrest rate. I contacted the customer service line and they told me it wasnt them and posible scammer
Upon receiving the call, it was purportedly from Discover Card. My approach is to limit my greeting to a single hello, and if there's no response before the caller hangs up, I consider it a wasted call. Meanwhile, I find it amusing to provide them with a non-functional card to keep them occupied.
