Expert Opinion
It looks like a bunch of folks have been receiving suspicious letters from what appears to be FedEx, but it's definitely a scam. The letters claim your credit card on file is expired and needs updating, but there are red flags: the letter is in black and white, not FedEx's usual colors, and the phone number doesn't match any official FedEx numbers. Plus, the website linked in the letter is a dud. If you get one of these letters, don't fall for it. Verify any requests through official FedEx channels and never give out your credit card info over the phone or via a suspicious link. Stay vigilant and keep your personal info safe.
