Expedia contacted me regarding a potential flight reschedule due to a tight connection, but their proposed alternative was not suitable.
Purporting to be from Expedia, the caller claimed my flight from Pittsburgh to Seattle was cancelled and attempted to reschedule, which seemed suspicious.
Apparently, recieved a call this mornig and a voicemessage was left. Earliar I had gotten a spam email with the same number claiming to be Expedia (lodgops@expedia.com), what a nusance. The email stated my hotel booking had been canceld and I should ring them for alternitives, I fell for it and booked anouther hotel. Turns out my booking was fine all along.
The persistence of these individuals is notable, as they allow the phone to ring at least 20 times with each call, demonstrating a lack of regard for the recipient's time.
