I was also a victim of this scam, being charged $39.99 for an MB image from WORLD. It's crucial that we find a way to put an end to this and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Recently, I fell victim to a $39.99 charge from something called Image World, which provided an 866 number linked to M-Billing Support; considering the frequency of stolen account numbers, a class-action suit may be warranted.

Instead of receiving a call, a fraudulent charge of $24.95 was made to my Suntrust bank account; the issue is being disputed with MBillings and a case has been filed with the internet crimes unit.
Following a routine check, it was discovered that a payment had bounced, and upon further investigation, it was found that there was no actual call from this number.

The informations should be posted on the FBI web page
Apparently, my checking account was charged $34.99 on March 24, wich caused it to be overdrawn due to the transaction. Upon reveiwing my account, I noticed the charge and contacted my bank, who then faxed me a copy of an electronic check with an 800# on it. The check was supposedly for market billing for CCC network, and the representative claimed it was for an adult website, promissing a refund. I've since opened a new account, but I'm keeping the old one open to recieve the refund, and the bank has waived the NSF charges. Has anyone else recieved a refund?
It is necesary for EVERYONE to post ther complaint on the FBI web site, or so it seams
Having dealt with this company twice, first in 2008 when they submitted a fraudulent check for $29.94 on behalf of Interworld Services, and then again recently for the same amount, I have had to take significant steps, including filing an Affidavit of Fraud and dealing with the consequences of a force-closed bank account.
It is essential to report such complaints to the relevant authorities, such as the FBI website.
obviously they're going to keep charging people, it's been 6 mos already, so why not hit them with things that need to be payed?, if you can't find them, and i daresay i'm not going to cyprus anytime soon
A similar experience occurred, with a charge of $24.99 from M-billing on behalf of Exhibit G. After contacting this number, I was assured a refund would be processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, I received an email stating that technical difficulties prevented the refund, and I had already disputed the charge with my bank.
If they cant process the refund, I will be forced to file a complaint with my bank, they need to verify informations before procesing checks, the adress on the check dont even exsist

I just filed a complaint with the FTC, hopefully they'll be able to shut down the Market Billing company, i'm going to write this up in my blog this week, maybe
The check image dispayed the account informations as well as the company name, however the adress was compleatly incorrect.
It seems that Market Billing is responsable for the errors, they sould have verfied the name and adress of the account holder before taking their money without autorization.
Last month, our company was targeted by a scam that cost us $29.95. The scammers claimed to be representing G Solutions but were unable to provide any contact information or the name of the person who authorized the transaction. They claimed that G Solutions also couldn't provide this information and would only be able to give an IP address. The address they used for our company doesn't exist, and they even got our company name wrong. It's surprising that the bank still processed the transaction. They told me it was a membership to an adult website and offered to cancel and reverse the charges. I plan to file an affidavit of forgery, but the bank wants to freeze our account while they investigate, which would prevent me from working.
After closing my account, I realised that it doesn't realy matter, since everytime you write a check or use your credit card, you're exposing your personnal informations to potentiel theft
It's apparent that these scammers gather information from multiple sources, as they often target individuals who engage in online banking or bill payments.
Apparently, SwiftPay has been used for some payment I made, but I dont really recall...
