I totaly agree, Ive only usd Swiftpay in the past for gambling and about a month ago I coudnt us it anymore, I got my refund back in my acount today wich is nice, but this is stil scary, my adress on record was one from 5 yeers ago but it was the one I opend my SwiftPay acount with, no dought in my mind it's them or thay got hacked somhow

I, too, have experienced mysterious deductions of $29.95 from my checking account. After contacting the 1-800 number and speaking with a representative, I was advised to report the incident to the FBI, which I have done, and I now await the outcome, as this has occurred twice.

I recently discovered a mysterious charge on my bank account and, after contacting the company, they agreed to remove the charges within 2-4 business days, leading me to investigate further to find connections among those affected, suspecting it may be related to online activities such as sports betting.

Most likely hackers broke into a company and stole customer info, i havent found a common thread yet

I've been having similiar experiance, they claim to be from interworld services, local bank, and m-billingsupport.com, they wanted to refund money but I'm skeptical about the whole thing

Taking action is crucial, such as contacting the 800 number or your bank, as simply posting about a refund on a message board is ineffective

The most troubling thing, as mentioned by others, is that they have acces to account numbers, names, and adresses, somone must have been hacked, i think if we investigat, we can find a common site or company that we all pay using direct debit, this came to me as an electronic check, not a credit or debit card transaction
