I contacted Walmart's customer service and was directed to the Synchrony Fraud department, where we again declined to provide any informations, and they eventualy asked us to confirm the last 4 digits of her SS number and adress, which we denied, leading them to put us on hold before we decidied to hang up, conccluding that this was a scam and the best course of action is to ignore it and keep the letter as evidance.
