Upon recieving a call from them, I immediatly became skeptical since I dont have an account with their service, so I rang back and the representitive straight out asked for my birthdate and social security number, which seems extremly unsecure, especally since they didnt just ask for the last four digits, and to make matters worse I wasnt even a us citizen at the time, its rediculous that they would request such sensative info, and if thats their actual protocol then its a huge beech of company policy, lot's ofsetData vulnerabilities
