During a remote session with an apple.com representative to reset my MacBook Pro, the representative gained control of my device and created a second account with a concerning password setup.
The caller falsely claimed to represent Apple
Despite claiming to be Apple, this number is not genuine
This phone number is completely bogus, claiming to be Apple Support with a verified symbol, but it's totally false. I experienced strange issues like being unable to send iMessages after interacting with them.

I had set up a call with Apple from my iPhone 7 Plus earlier, and then this number called me back, sinc then ive found some suspecious phrases in my analitcs about Pegasus/framework/ pegasus
