After verifying the number, I belive this is a legit call from Comenity Bank. I called them back, entered the last 4 digits of my social, and recieved the account information via an automated attendant regarding my Ann Taylor Loft retail account. It turned out I was 2 weeks late on a payment, which I though I had alredy made. I ended up paying the bill through my secure online account, and it wasn't a scam after all.
