Those calls are undoubtedly deceitful, and I'm not alone in having debts that these sham calls claim to be collecting.

When I received a call from Mrs. Humphrey regarding my daughter, she emphasized the urgency of the matter, but after I told her my daughter was at work and couldn't be disturbed, she became pushy, insisting that my daughter needed to get an attorney, which raised my suspicions and prompted me to investigate further.

Unfortunatly, i got some bad news for every body, World Financial Network, now Comenity Bank, they issue credit cards for many stores and dont have to follow the laws and conditions of the FDCPA, which means they can do whats ever they want and dont get punished, i beleive they know this and behave like jerks, i will pay my bill without dealing with them directly.
