Dealer Services warranty calls: red flags to watch!
Summary — +18007230151
Expert Opinion
Yesterday afternoon, callers using the 800‑723‑0151 number showed up offering extended warranty for cars that many recipients describe as aggressive and potentially scam. The scripts often push a quick payment, reference a generic Dealer Services brand, and provide non‑working customer‑service lines. To protect your data, never share credit‑card details or personal vehicle information until you’ve verified the company through official channels. Hang up if the call feels pressurized, block the number on your phone, and report the incident to the FTC or your state consumer agency. Keeping records of the call helps authorities track patterns.

Having experienced what I believe to be the worst call ever, I initially tolerated the discussion about a warranty, understanding the frustration of being hung up on; however, after being transferred three times and speaking with a rude 'manager' who insulted my family and attempted to charge me $150, I strongly advise against answering calls from this number, as legitimate issues would likely be addressed directly by the dealership.
The caller said it was a call from an Extended warranty for my car, the name of the company is supposed to be called SCC and he said the website is Sccprograms.com, i dont know if its legit
The number showed up on my bank statement in relation to a company called 'dealer services' that offered an extended car warranty, which I suspect is a scam, especially since the provided customer service number is inactive
