Apparently, the representatives from Progressive lack common sense, as evidenced by my recent encounter with them. After receiving a message about a late payment, I followed the automated prompts and eventually spoke to someone who seemed utterly uninterested in my situation. Despite explaining that I no longer had Progressive insurance for my cars and my motorcycle payment was not due until April, the representative abruptly ended the call with a dismissive remark. It's infuriating that they initiated the contact, only to be so rude and unhelpful.
Although I'm on the do not call list, I continue to receive calls from this number, which is unacceptable.
