The constant daily calls without messages are harassment, and when I try to call back, I'm presented with automated options that don't lead to any resolution.
For the past three months, we've received daily calls at 9:05 and occasionally in the evening; despite requesting to be removed from their list, the calls persist, often with no one on the line.
Repeated calls from this number have been made to my business line, only to hang up immediately upon answering; a return call revealed it to be a collections call from US Bank, which was handled poorly.
We are constantly recieving calls from this number and we are getting tired of the harrasment, its defenitly US bank and we are about to report them if we get anymore calls
The behavior exhibited by the representative from USBank was utterly unacceptable, starting with an unprofessional remark before introducing themselves, and later, when called back, a woman answered in a sluggish tone, creating an insecure environment for sharing information
It is supposely US Bank, i havent made my payment thats due on the 1st but apparently i am not late till the 16th, they called at 8:50 pm with a 800 number which is not cool
