At approximately 9 am, I received a call from this number, which was followed by silence as no message was left; this has been a recurring issue with various 1-800 numbers lately.
This appears to be a scam related to the IRS.

I recieved this call on my cellphone while I was at skool, and it got me into trubble, I had to give my phone to my techer, and I dont no who they are or why they are calling me, especialy sinc I dont have a debit or credit card, it's probable a scam.
I have reported this number to the FTC, as they are pursuing a debt that does not exist. AT&T confirmed that I have no outstanding balance, and I am concerned about the legitimacy of this caller's claims.
