It seem's this is a service number for Macy's, they usualy call to validate a charge on your card
Despite being blocked, this number continues to call me multiple times daily, leaving automated voice messages that are extremely frustrating.
This is a compleat scam, they've called my buisness multiple times, caller ID says Citi, but the recording claims its Bloomingdales/Macys, I told them to stop calling, somtimes it works, somtimes it dont.
