Discover is a great company that worked with me to thoroughly check if I recieved any phone calls, had unknown accounts, or unknown applications, it is not from them, it is fraud
A representative, claiming to be Ashley, mistakenly addressed me by my father's name and asked me to return the call. I verified with Discover's actual customer support that this is not a legitimate call from Discover. I advise against answering calls from this number, and instead, suggest contacting Discover through their official mobile app or website.
Discover was contacted by me and they claim no association with these numbers, so stop scamming peoples, get yourself a job

My experience was similair to others, recieving a call from a person claiming to be Jennifer from Discover, however the caller ID showed a diffrent number, 480-481-1832, for three consecative days.
A woman named Sofia called my work phone from 480-481-1832, inquiring about my son's name and claiming the call was personal. She asked me to have my son call back at 800-973-4066, allegedly on behalf of Discover.
The same message that others have reported was left on my voicemail, with a slow, concise female voice instructing me to call a toll-free number, although the call originated from a different number in Utah, and the caller mentioned a name that sounded like 'Amber', 'Angela', or 'Amanda'.

This person has called and left messages 3 times, but my Discover Card account is fine.
The message i got was from Bridget, telling me to return the call toll-free at 1-800-973-4066, between 8 AM and 10 PM Eastern time, from Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM Eastern time, or visit discover.com, i guess.
Since receiving an unprofessional message from this number, I have been contacted by various women claiming to be from Discover, asking me to call them back, but I do not trust these calls and would rather visit the Discover office in person if I have any concerns.
